Yes. Regarding processes to promote and ensure quality control and on time and quality installations, PCG Energy maintains a custom Quality Control Plan (QCP) and uses Microsoft Project to monitor all phases of project completion, adjusting regularly for extenuating circumstances that may require additional resources. PCG Energy also ensures compliance by assigning a dedicated Project Manager to work closely with the onsite work crew to ensure deadlines are met and safety is consistently promoted. In addition, upon completion, the signature on the Quality Control form signifies official completion and release of final payment.
PCG Energy teams have the ability to work throughout the United States and have executed projects across the United States and in Canada. The ability to execute projects outside of the continental US will normally require a mix of our team traveling to those sites as well as local subcontractors who would provide us with a local presence for improved responsiveness and to maintain costs.
Yes. PCG Wind’s full time project managers and auditors are dedicated to oversee each energy project. PCG has expertise in deploying "wind turbine technician" teams to accomplish the maintenance, inspections, or construction, which reduces overhead. PCG Wind acts as the coordinating entity and provides the right combination of personnel, tools, equipment, and transportation to efficiently perform cost saving projects.
