Implementation/Construction

PCG is capable of delivering/supporting large national rollouts for any energy project. Long-standing and trusted work crews perform the installation of ECMs of the energy services under contract by PCG. With a national presence, PCG is equipped to serve all types and all size projects. Our Quality Control Plan (QCP) is an internal tool used to direct the installation activities and ensure that services meet or exceed contract quality and safety requirements.

As your construction manager, PCG Energy ensures efficient, high quality installations. We manage implementation subcontractors and deliver on time and within budget. Projects can be turnkey, design-build, ESPC, UESC, or other agreement structures. Performance bonds and guarantees can be arranged.

Our national installers and project managers are positioned to work directly with client project managers, points-of-contact, or electrical contractors. The project manager’s role is to reduce the workload of our client’s manager. Project Managers ensure quality control and efficient implementation, conduct take-offs, manage inventory, track shipments, and manage the construction schedule. They field all technical questions including warranty/breakage issues. Here are some of the many arrangements we manage:

• Mechanical, electrical, and wind maintenance crews as needed
• Staff augmentation for existing projects
• Project scheduling, estimating and construction coordination
• Project management and onsite construction management

Financial and Business

PCG Energy understands that energy projects are capital-intensive. PCG Worldwide can structure a customized energy services agreement and arrange project financing. We also procure and manage state and federal rebates and incentives, provide guideline for the EPAct, and monitor/write grants, contracts and alternative energy incentives. We can:

• Assist in deal structuring and financial transaction management
• Provide detailed, GAAP compliant modeling to provide all parties with economic understanding of the project and various options
• Ensure identification and modeling of Greenhouse Gas Credits and Solar (and other classes of) Renewable Energy Credits (RECs)
• Assist in grants, incentives and rebates, PCG will manage the process from application through implementation and payment.

Shared Services unit ensures that HR and Finance services are operated as effectively and efficiently as possible throughout all organizations. This convergence enables appreciation of economies of scale. We deliver services to our internal customers at a cost, quality and timeliness that is competitive with alternatives.
