MEP Associates, LLC (MEP) joins PCG as a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm specializing in the design of complex facilities. Design services include geothermal, mechanical, electrical, civil as well as commissioning services and future wind engineering.

LEED-EB feasibility assessments and energy audits. Evaluating existing facilities and review of planned construction to insure optimization of energy usage and integration of legacy systems with new assets.
Benchmarking and assessments to assist in the Energy Star (existing buildings), LEED (existing or new), or other external rating process.
Conceptual Design. Energy modeling and system optimization for energy usage.
Sustainable Design. Calculation of carbon footprint and creation of climate action plan for the site and/or facility.
Master Planning. Development support required to integrate these assessments into the final construction documents or to develop a Master Plan to ensure continuous compliance with Energy Star, LEED or other performance metrics.
Green building transition plans (existing buildings). Greenhouse gas inventories and carbon foot printing.
