PCG Energy Client Relationship Model
Our projects range from one or two-person consulting assignments for one or two weeks to national multi-month endeavors that involve twenty to one hundred people and a multitude of tasks. Assess Energy Performance
Assess energy-consuming systems, perform rate study & utility analysis, review operational invoices & hold interviews with facility personnel to identify and evaluate all energy saving improvements.
Analyze and Design
Using proprietary software and energy expertise, we analyze and design energy conservation measures (ECMs).
Identify/Secure Incentive
Administer a success-fee-based service to find and capture dollars for eligible rebate projects.
Deliver Custom Proposal
Prepare a customized investment grade audit proposal which maximizes savings while reducing operating costs.
Implement
In-house personnel install the ECMs and upon completion, furnish the as-built plans.
Follow-Up
Provide warranty follow-up and ongoing technical and customer support.
Measure and Verify
