PCG helps the Broadmoor Hotel
shine a new light on energy efficiency

The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs is committed to aggressive energy savings. Lighting is a major energy consumer in any hotel and, as part of ongoing efforts to implement sustainable conservation measures, top leaders at the hotel hired PCG to upgrade their outdated, energy inefficient light fixtures. At the same time, it was important that they maintain the historic and world renowned aesthetic of the hotel.

Project Scope

In less than 60 days, PCG converted more than 30,000 energy inefficient light fixtures using high efficiency lamps including T8, T5, and cold cathode fluorescents, while ensuring that the upgraded lighting matched the existing lighting ambience for this five star, five diamond hotel.
