Energy and Executive Expertise

John L. Borling

John L. Borling, Chairman Emeritus, has more than 10 years developing business relationships in the energy industry. He is a retired Air Force Major General and service disabled veteran (former POW) who brings worldwide executive experience to PCGWW helping to identify and advance the strategy, planning, and sales. General Borling’s commitment to excellence is a key reason for PCGWW’s success since 2000 with government and the military contracts. A native Chicagoan and Air Force Academy graduate, his military career spanned 37 years. A highly decorated officer, General Borling was also a White House Fellow and, later, treasurer and director of the governing foundation and now a regional selection panelist. Previously, the General served as President/CEO of Chicago’s United Way and is founder of SOS America, a national patriotic organization. He is active in civic and political affairs throughout the country. He is also chairman of Synthonics, a national pharmaceutical company.



Ronald Murray

Richard A. Hand, CEO, has more than 25 years experience with business assessment, resource analysis and opportunity, and managing defined project applications. Working with PCG, Rich has conveyed vision to understand present energy market conditions, organize national teams and resources, and devise plans with an eye to the future. Rich works with PCG alliance partners, focusing on PCG operating growth and goals, within highly controlled and culturally charged environments. Rich was a professional baseball player for the Cleveland Indians, Washington Senators/Texas Rangers, and California Angels. He is a member of the Major League Baseball Players Association. Rich earned a BS Degree, Political Science/Business at the University of Puget Sound.



Ronald Murray

Ronald Murray, President, has more than 20 years in engineering and energy management. At PCGWW, he provides leadership in business development and client service for the energy conservation market and outsourcing support to the national energy service industry. Mr. Murray had a vision of creating an energy services company that had skills, capabilities, and insight to deliver energy solutions for all markets and major ESCOs to address a customer’s entire energy space. As a result he founded PCG in 1999; Mr. Murray directs the company's business development efforts through significant organic growth as well as strategic acquisitions. His experience includes structuring and implementing demand-side and supply-side energy solutions ranging from large military contracts to development and operation of traditional and renewable energy infrastructure assets such as solar and wind power. Mr. Murray brings a wealth of experience to PCG as a result of his Air Force military service and entrepreneurial developments. Mr. Murray is an Air Force Academy Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Science and Engineering.



Rita M. Murray

Rita M. Murray, SVP, has over 10 years in the energy industry creating programs for managing national energy projects and resources as well as marketing and web resources. Her experience in business operations and organizational development spans several industries where Ms Murray has held key management positions at General Electric, Lockheed Martin, and The University of Oklahoma. She brings to PCG a wide variety tools to include organizational development, operational oversight, project planning, and documentation standardization. With strong experience in web technology, she has served as project director for design, implementation, and operation services for transitioning public and private sector clients to web based systems. Ms. Murray received her business degree from the University of Massachusetts and Masters in Instructional Technology from the University of Oklahoma. She is completing a PhD in Instructional Psychology/Technology at the University of Oklahoma in 2010.



Rita M. Murray

Kent Driver, CLEP (Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional), SVP of Operations, directs a custom, highly automated, system that controls initial auditing, product procurement, and installation schedules. Kent provides nationwide oversight for project schedule coordination, field staff communication, strategic alliance partners, rebate programs, clients, vendors, and energy management representatives. Kent works closely with software engineering and network management to ensure that PCG’s proprietary LUMS and CAMS software is functional and accurate. His technical team ensures network management excellence. Kent’s’ educational background in architecture, engineering, and business management are an excellent combination for PCG’s national success. Kent is active in Boy Scouts of America and is a distinguished Eagle Scout.



Rita M. Murray

Larry Hicks, SVP, Construction and Maintenance, has 30+ years experience in the construction and maintenance industry. At PCG, he manages and directs the Efficiency and Wind divisions’ field operations, maintaining constant contact with the various teams and customers. Larry’s experience includes 15 years at The University of Oklahoma (OU) as Assistant Director of Technical Services managing 150+ employees and overseeing construction and maintenance. While at OU, Larry directed the 1st campus wide energy conservation program. In 2000, Larry founded Condusive Inc, a general construction company. In 2005, Larry cofounded Patriot Service Corporation, an SDVO general contracting company.
