  • Yes. PCG Energy’s team of professionals has worked on a number and a variety of successful military energy projects.     Upon completing large scale commercial-grade audit evaluations, PCG Energy professionals make knowledgeable recommendations which provide energy savings while reducing operating costs. A formal proposal for services is generated from the energy audit. Upon approval, PCG’s in-house project managers and construction teams successfully install the ECM’s and monitor each project to validate savings.

    PCG Energy also understands and cooperates with the military or government staff to develop the scope of work from which the PCG delivery order is generated.

    PCG Energy uses economic analysis to determine whether an investment in energy efficient technologies is justified by determining which upgrades are most economically viable and prioritizing the buildings that should be upgraded. Typical economic analysis techniques used to analyze energy projects are the simple payback and the internal rate of return. Regardless of the technique used, economic analysis includes calculations of project cost, energy cost savings, maintenance cost or savings, and disposal costs allowing PCG to maximize project and materials value within the desired payback criteria.
